You mean I have to close my e-mail program?! Argh! But you are right. I get the "preview pop-up" and glance when I hear the ping. If it's not writing related (i.e. a LitSister needs me) then I let it go until I'm done. I'm glad you reminded me of my commitment. I'd forgotten.

I really like the metaphor. Much less cut-throat, much more about you and your needs. Nice post.

I dig this post. Life is a changin' and we must change with it or become musty. As an e-book shopper, I say the blurb has more impact than ever before! Can't pick up the book and page through it.

Okay, I'm game. I'm going to mull it over and start writing things down. Hopefully, I'll have a good size list by next Monday. I'm taking this organizational ride until it pulls into the neat and tidy station.

Well, it depends. If the killer is a "Hannibal the cannibal" type you could put in some gruesome recipes!

Keep the recipes in the back of the book going as a trend...I want mine to be bought that way (American Moon or Mu Shu Mac-N-Cheese) so I can parlay that into sales of my cookbook...In my new book the food is featured most prominently in murders...so I think recipes may not fit. :) Karen

Hmmm...that might be a good idea. Maybe I can do a time management series via blog. Would you be interested?
